In Emotional Intelligence we talk about emotions related to elements. When we are reacting faster than we can think it is called “Fire Emotions”. Fire relates best to fire. Find something expressive, intensive or even consciously excessive every day that can capture fire in a way turning “wild fire” into “fire one can look at and enjoy”.
