Remembering a meditation walk with my best friend Mara in Cologne on the Greenbelt. going through overthinking and too busy inside. Not even noticing the green of the meadow and the leaves, the sound of the bird and colors of the flowers.
Once taking a deep breathe and remembering the purpose of this meditation walk I decided to throw thoughts into the back and turn the inner volume down to then finally experience meditation. Aren’t we too often dreaming when being present and focused is required? Aren’t we too often working when we wish tor est and relax?
